In this inspiring day of practice we offer simple body-centered techniques that create healthy connection and help clear the way to deeper understanding of those we are in relationship with and ourselves.
You will learn tools that will help you build mindful presence, the foundation for healthy ethical relationship, amidst the stressors of everyday life. This class goes into the heart of ethical mindfulness, helping you to foster connection with yourself and others. With these practices you will feel more grounded even when faced with stress.
You will learn a model of communication that will allow you to communicate more creatively, constructively and appropriately respond to the variety of difficulties that can arise in a practice. This highly experiential course will enable you to integrate mindfulness practices immediately into your work. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, all are welcome!
